User can not edit a published post in front-end form
-
Hi,
I’m usíng the latest version 1.3.2. This is a great plugin.I having trouble with allowing user to edit his/her published post.
I have the following setting:
In generic: the role the user has is editor (edit/delete post is ON).
In WP front-end (other tab):
– User can edit post = yes;
– User can delete post = yes;
– edit page is referred to a edit-post.php page with [wpuf_edit] as shortcode;
– add post page is referred to a add-new-post.php page with [wpuf_addpost] as shortcode;
– admin area is set to “Admin only”After posting, the article is shown normally, but when click on the “edit” button, it says the access to admin area is blocked.
If I change admin area access to something else, user can edit the post, but in dashboard (=back-end). I want user to be able to edit in the front-end form as when posting a new post.
How can I do that?Thank you, Henry.
