Is there a way to restrict users from editing listings deleted by other users. I disable View List (Manage), the user role isn’t able to edit any listings including the ones they submitted. If I enable it, the user can edit ALL listings.

You need the “Link” addon. It allows a single WP User to edit and maintain their single Entry within the directory. Here’s the link to the addon:

I hope this helps, please let me know.

I have it working now. Can a user only have 1 listing? If I hit View My Directory Entry, it only pulls up the first one entered.

That is correct, it is a one to one link between a WP User and their single Connections Entry.

I only see an option to edit. Add Entry, Edit Entry, and Delete Entry are selected under Role. If I click on the Edit My Entry link, it pulls up the form to edit. I don’t see a delete option.

Correct, presently not exposed to the linked WP User. They can, from their WP Connections Entry Profile admin page, set the Entry to Unlisted. Permitting a WP User has never really been a requested feature.

That said, I have been working on additional frontend management features. You can see the initial iteration of this by navigating to the Connections Settings admin page, click the Display tab scroll to the bottom to the to the Single Entry Content Blocks section and enable the Entry Management block.

Now when you view the entry, you will see (as an admin) an Edit and Delete link.

This too is only available to admins, at the moment, but Link will be updated to add support for additional actions for the linked WP User.
