User can add new user from his profile

I want to make a website for family members database . For example Mr. James Hunt is the main member of his family . He will register as main family member and after creating his profile he will add his wife , son , daughter and grandchildren.From his profile , he can see his family members . Other users can see him but can’t see his family members . Only main family member can see his other family member’s profile .

How can I do this using ultimate member plugin , pls help .
