"User came via a search engine" doesn't work

What are your display rules? or you only have that one? Have you tested it on test mode?

Page Type > is equal to > All Pages
User came via a search engine > is equal to > True

I just try it in test mode but still not working.

You are using cache. You need to enable ajax mode. Have you tried that?
