User Blocked cannot unblock

    Hello,
    Love this Plugin. We only use this on a private Intranet and I am finding users are being blocked but cannot unblock the account? How do I unblock?

    Authentication Denied by Next Active Directory Integration Brute Force Protection.

    Yet there password is correct?

    This happens sometimes once per day or sometimes more often.
