User being constantly blocked

  • Hi,
    I have set the plugin to 3 logins and then block. We are also using Memberpress and “User Login History” plugin. I have one member that has reported getting the error saying “maximum no. of active logins..”, but they swear they are not sharing their login and only use 2 devices.
    Looking at the User Login History plugin I can see 3 sessions followed by a failed session, makes sense – 4th attempt gets blocked by your plugin. However, the duration of the sessions only shows as 1-2 seconds.
    Any idea how this could be happening?
