User Authentication Failure at Checkout

After the latest WordPress update, I’m having this issue with our site.
When an order is placed, the client proceeds to the checkout screen. There, they input their name/address/etc, and at the bottom of the page click “PLACE ORDER” to be taken to the next payment screen (payments processed by Paypal Advanced on that page).
However, when you click “PLACE ORDER”, it does not go to the next page (payment page), but instead keeps you at that page and an error occurs.
The error says “Error: There was an error processing your order – user authentication failed”.
Does anyone have any idea where I should start trouble shooting this?!? Again, this began happening just after the latest WordPress update a few days ago.
Running Woocommerce + the Mystile theme.
