User at least 13 but not 18

Hi, great plugin! Just a minor issue. I set it for: Over 18 No and Under 13 No. I get the following output on the Terms of Service page:
User is at least 18 years old and has all right, authority, and capacity to agree to these Terms;
Of course I simply just changed the 18 to 13.
The Privacy Policy page has all the over 13 years settings correct.
Also as I recollect there was a typo in the Mobile Device Privacy section one of the entries of “device” was misspelt as “devcie” or something like this.
