user approval does not work on ultimate member, send request timeout

    I have been using Ultimate Member on my site, currently I have more than 550 users, but it does not let me approve the registration of new users because it sends me to the requets timeout error, I have already tried to increase the memory limit and also the max execution. I don’t know if anyone can help me ??
