User answering Test and receiving a specific answer

  • Hey everybody,
    I’m looking for a plugin which should do the following things:
    -User answers question (with checkbox)
    -depending on which answers he checked, he gets a different result
    -> for example he answers question about his body and then gets a result what kind of body he has (mesomorph, ectomorph, …)
    hope some one knows which delivers this feature. Would love to implement something like that in my website!
