I use the add-on for users to enter the site by mobile number, in this case, the user can register/login on my site by entering the mobile number without having to submit an email.
The problem is that the supportcandy plugin does not recognize a user who does not have an email as a registered user and does not allow the user to submit a ticket or view tickets.
If there is a solution, please suggest it.
    Thank You

    Hello there,??

Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

SupportCandy uses the Email of users for user registration and login. Email is compulsory while registration and login.

Also, for ticket management, emails are required for further communication or email notifications. So there is no way to skip the email.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the information.

    1. Regarding to USER REGISTRATION/LOGIN, may we refer to the username instead of email field?
    2. Regarding to email notification, we can make a condition that if the user has an email, the notification will be done.

    Regards

Or as a simpler solution, the logged-in user should be identified by the username, and the email field should be displayed as a required field when creating a new ticket.

    Hello there,

It is not possible to use Username instead of Email. SupportCandy depends on the email and email is a unique identifier.

    Thank you.
