    Hi,
    Is there an option to send notifications to users after administrator approves the new user?

    Thanks for your message.

    User Approval isn’t a standard feature of WordPress.
    Are you using a plugin to add this functionality?

    Yes, I am using WP Security plugin to approve new users. This plugin sends this email notification to the user and I asked them how to customize the template. They said I can use your plugin to do this.

    Ok, thanks.

    It’s possible that the ‘New User Registration – For User’ is triggered after the user’s account has been approved.
    I would try this. If not, you may need to ask WP Security which notification they had in mind when recommending BNFW.

    In the meantime, a previous reply from them was:
    Hi, as far as I know the plugin I mentioned above should help you to customize the email message. You need to ask the developers of that plugin for guidance.
