User account not found, nor forgot password working after migration

Hi, after we migrated the database to your new site https://goo.gl/ozyoRd, we cannot login. One of our username is jaber with email address [email protected]. Even if we use forget password, it says ERROR: Invalid username or email! How come? We checked the database, and found that the users exist with correct previous privileges. We also created another admin user directly database, and we faced same problem: user/email not exist/not found from login or forgot password.
it’s a serious issue and we cannot solve it.
