    Hi, every time someone buys this membership, which links to a course the following message appears:

    “Your payment was accepted, but there was an error setting up your account. Please contact us. Sorry, that email address was already used”

    It the appears as if some of their account has been created, but not all. Any ideas how to fix this?

    I’m sorry this is not working as expected.
    Can you tell me more about your process? It appears the link you provided does not exist.

    Are you using PMPro’s checkout page or WooCommerce to sell your memberships?
    If PMPro, what is your payment gateway?
