Good day, I am having trouble with the Test/Sandbox feature. I have entered the correct PxPay Username and Key but still get the following error:

DPS Payment Express PxPay payment request error
    User Access Error
Invalid Access Info. Ensure the PxPayID and/or key are valid.

I know that the details are correct as they work fine in another WP plugin which I created. I have also tried switching from UAT to SEC.

Do you have any idea as to what I could be doing wrong? Is there perhaps any debugging which I could enable?

    Many thanks
    Brett

    G’day Brett,

You could enable debug logging in Gravity Forms, and then enable logging for this add-on.

I think your best bet is to open a support ticket with Payment Express and get them to check your credentials.

    cheers,
    Ross

    Thanks Ross.

    Hi Ross,

I’m having the same issue that Brett had where PxPay is giving me this error in Sandbox / Test mode.

DPS Payment Express PxPay payment request error
    User Access Error
Invalid Access Info. Ensure the PxPayID and/or key are valid.

I’ve spoken to DPS as you suggested above, however they have been able to prove that my account details are working via UAT correctly. They also mentioned that my form is being submitted via SEC rather than UAT, despite it being set to UAT in PxPay settings.

Not sure where to go from here, and would appreciate your help.

    Many thanks in advance,

    Best,
    Will

    G’day Will,

I’m trying to get a new release out very soon, including a fix for this. In the meantime, please try this dev version. It should fix your problem.
