User Access

  • I belong to a church that wants to have their directory online. I want to restrict user access to the (100+) members of the church. Can I do this? Thanks for your time.

    Hi @dadams7,

    You can assign a specific user role to the members that you want to hide and exclude this user role in Ultimate member -> Member directories -> your directory and “User Roles to Display”.

    Ultimate Member Support can you please answer my question about the roles problem I’ve created 3 weeks ago? The roles select still not works with foreign roles from WooCommerce. I need some assistance here. The crazy thing is that when I set it as default role and remove the role select all new users having this role but with the role dropdown it’s not working.
