useless without buying

Please note that there is an audible notification of a new chat when you are logged in. Did you not hear the sound when someone was trying to initiate a chat with you? The title bar of the browser also dynamically changes to try and catch your attention as well, therefore there are two notifications in the free version of a new chat. The only difference with the pro version in this regard is that you receive an email notification of a new chat.

With regards to you mentioning “useless without buying”, I disagree. We have made this plugin fully functional in terms of chatting directly with your website visitor. It seems quite harsh that you would call the plugin “useless” without getting in touch with us first to find out what you weren’t getting chat notifications.

Furthermore, what do you mean by “two week trial”?

I did contact before posting.
I was looking for an email notification of some type, but your explanation was much better than the one i recieved via the plugin.
This was the message.

Two week trial through a plugin that offered it all before purchase. I just do not sit in front of computer all day.
I do not look for plugins to be free, just want to make sure it works.
I tried starting a chat in safari of which i was not logged into my wp site and did not see any notification show up in chrome where i was logged in. I’ll try again and see if i can find notification.
