    The latest update is useless, the plugin is not working, it seems you didn’t event take the time to test it yourself before releasing this version.

    Waste of time, after waiting several weeks, you are still struggling to fix simple things.

    I recommend to use Smash Balloon Instagram Feed Plugin as a way better alternative, they even solved the Instagram API in a a matter of one day.

    But it’s not working even with today’s update, can you please give us a demo page where the plugin is working? I see your demo here: https://demo.10web.io/instagram-feed/ and it’s not working.

    I did, but the feed still mot working, showing this message:

    Instagram token is invalid or expired. Please reset token and sign-in again to get new one.

    That’s it just uninstalled your plugin. Not interested anymore.

    Suffering the same fate.

    Didn’t expect to have to re-authenticate. But I did and it says that Instagram has blocked the API.

    Error message: “Cannot get other user media. API shut down by Instagram. Sorry. Display only your media.”

    Do you have an ETA when it will be fixed, or is this a complete block by Instagram of your plugin due to some security issues?

    Please advise asap before I consider another plugin.

    In my case it is showing only the images feed and no meta data at all. Same issue for 2 different clients.

    It didn’t work on my site either, and was slowing down my entire site – I found a plugin that works perfectly – asked for a refund for the PRO VERSION, 14-day free trial. They will not give a refund.

    They did give me a refund. The plugin I use now is Smash Balloon Instagram Feed

    Hello dear friends,

    If you still consider using our plugin, please try the following steps, if this won’t help, please let me know:

    Please go to Instagram feed > settings> advanced and uninstall the plugin
    Now please delete it from plugins section and install the latest version
    Now please authenticate, recreate and publish your feed

    Feed still not working even when making new feed!! Please bring update or I will have to look for another plugin.

    Can you please write what kind of feed you have created?

    Do you use any conditional filters?

    If yes can you please remove the condition and check again?
