Useless support, useless documentation, 55 emails but no support so I cancelled

I tried for two years to get support. I cancelled after two tries where I was instructed to get support with live chat on an extremely technical issue. Reached out to the company and after 55 emails they as “goodwill gesture” and two years of collecting fees but not being able to get the cloud flare to work I finally became irate and cancelled and removed it from my site. God help anyone who needs suppport. I have lost all revenue for a month due to my site speed issues going unresolved and they dont care only about the fees and expect you to use chat bots
