Useless Support, and Doesn’t Work Anyway

Coincidentally, both me and another website operator submitted the same problem query within the space of a day or two (a problem which essentially renders the plugin useless), but despite a couple of weeks of brain-dead “support” people trying to assist (which was more like them just trying to bury the issue, and they obviously didn’t have a clue), the problems persisted, so we gave up.

Do yourself a favor and find a different plugin. Plugins not working is one thing, but when it’s compounded with useless support, then it becomes entirely pointless.
