Useless for me

Trying to reduce and optimize my images, I bought this plugin in a one time use plan, I paid for it about 10€ (10$).

I installed it perfectly, and it didn’t work from the beggining, nothing, very cool interface but it does not nothing.

I wrote to suppot and they asked me for the user and password of my site! I didn’t give that information to anybody, my site is essential for me.

So I asked for a refund, and surprise! there is not refund, based in an obscure terms and conditions.

I lost my money and I installed another paid plugin.

As you can imagine I am very happy with the marvelous plugin that doesn’t hurt the site, so it does nothing! innocuous!
