• I have purchased the plugin and tried features but it was not working properly. So I contact the support but they directly rejects your request. Or just give you scripted reply.
    Somehow I adjusted and try to use the plugin by reducing non-working features. But again when I integrate it with woocommerce, it was generating invoice without product information.
    I left that feature also (I hire someone to do it manually), but again after a week form stop working may be because of update. So I update the plugin but still its not working.
    I contacted support everytime I face issue but they always give scripted reply. And their best reply was “Its working on our environment, check your side”. Even after providing all details, they are not able to solve any of the issue.
    I have all the proof of chats.
    Looks like they only created the product and focus on selling it.

    After all these finally I decided to review, so that others don’t fall into their false promises.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience you had. We always try our best to serve our customers by providing the solution they are looking for. If that solution/feature isn’t available in our plugin, we ask our customers to write that specific feature on our roadmap section so that our feature team can see, evaluate the necessity, and bring that feature in our plugin in future updates.

    I can understand that you are having some problems with Metform and also I found your ticket that you have created 20 days ago! One of our support agents has already assisted you with your queries and has told you whether it is possible or not to achieve what you are looking for. Since then, we haven’t received any reply back from you!

    Many users are using our plugin without any issue and if any issue comes up, we try to solve them as soon as possible. Since we haven’t received any response since then, we assumed that the problem is solved. If you are still facing any issues or need more clarification on implementing a feature, please create a ticket on our support board mentioning all the problems you have faced. Our dedicated support team will address those problems as fast as they can.

    Yeah, I know many people using your plugin and I am one of them. But what I was saying and still saying, the plugin is not at all work as per user need.
    Many of the features are not available even after showing it while we purchase it like woocommerce integration. Obviously, we connect the site with woocommerce but at the end many of the features don’t work. We connect woocommerce and while we try to generate invoice, it won’t show product name on invoice such a basic feature to add. No one in the world generate invoice without product name in it. And the customer support don’t know how to handle the situation.
    Next, I contacted support because your existing features didn’t work properly. Like if I have 5 field created for calculation, the end result will pop Only one time but if I change one of the field and try to generate result it provides wrong calculations. That means if your customers change any of the field they get wrong result and they can place order or get wrong quotations. That’s why I said useless!

    And whenever we connect with support, they said its working on our environment, check on your side. But no, its not working, still my customers get wrong quotes, wrong invoice, invoice don’t have product name in it and one more thing conditional logic is also unusable.

    They said, Condional logic is best feature but when I apply it, its not working too. And contacted support, they try for whole day and guess what they say “Its working on our environment check your side”.
    That’s the best reply any customer can get, end of conversation.

    I have talked with support many times and I have lot to say as I genuinely believed its truly amazing plugin but no, it COMPLETELY USELESS, NOT WORTH BUYING, WRONG CALCULATIONS, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

    We can understand your frustrations and found out the problem occurred from our support’s end. Your issue was handled by one of our junior support engineer who failed to help you properly. Also, didn’t notify the developers or other support engineers about this! We deeply apologise for this unacceptable act. We forwarded this issue to our management and they gave it the highest priority and asked out team to solve it within 5 working days.

    You trusted us and chose our plugin. We would request you to trust us again so that we can solve this issue. The integration and features do work. However, due to this new scenario/use case from your environment caused the system to behave this way. Good thing is – its fixable and we will be helping you as much as we can.
