It’s strange that you are able to critique a plugin with 4 words, and you can’t even manage to get it setup.

Have you tried going to Permalinks Options? ??

Changing your permalink options is fine if you know what you’re doing. But what are the implications and consequences to search engines? Aren’t you going to create a bunch of dead links that torpedo you search engine ranking?

The author of this plugin explains nothing; assumes you’re a WordPress expert. It’s not a question of “managing to get it set up;” it’s a question of wanting to know how and why such apparently unrelated demands are made. No other caching plugin prevents you from setting it up unless you meddle with your permalink settings.
