This plugin is used by more than 70 000 sites and only has five stars reviews… I have nothing to add to this.
For your info, every plugins provides a description page to explain how to use it and in what conditions it works. Read it first, and get back to edit your “review”.
Finaly, considere that a lot of WordPress plugins developpers are volonteers and work for free, so be kind an respectfull.
