The plugin is optimized to run only when needed, which is on the settings page and on pages where the form is displayed. If there were issues with your particular site, it could have been due to interference or conflicts from other plugins or even your theme.

Please provide more information so we can investigate any issue and try to help. Just leaving a drive-by rating and generic comment is not useful to anyone. Also please check out the many 5-star reviews for User Submitted Posts if there are any doubts.

Well, if i have a problem with a plugin and i tell you it uses to many recources what is not clear about that?

    This is my “feedback”.
I have tested it with your plugin only and my website was very slow because of that.

Neither having a reply back after a week doesn’t feel like “great support” good luck with your plugin.

Glad to help clarify your questions/concerns:

“Well, if i have a problem with a plugin and i tell you it uses to many recources [sic] what is not clear about that?”

Because it’s like going to the doctor or mechanic and just saying that there is a problem. Merely saying that a plugin is slow and leaving a sad face utterly is useless without further details. It’s just way too general, especially when dealing with the myriad variables involved with software such as WordPress.

In order to help resolve issues, it’s important to be as specific as possible, provide additional information as requested, and work with the person who is trying to help you. This is the whole point of the Support Forums: so users can interact with experienced users, provide information, and get the help they need. You know, key factors like which plugins are you using, which version of WordPress, which theme, server configuration, web host, network information, and so forth — when you are trying to resolve issues on the Web, these sorts of details help to enable proper diagnosis and resolution of the issue at hand. Merely leaving a poor review and quipping “uninstalled” is not helpful.

“Neither having a reply back after a week doesn’t feel like “great support” good luck with your plugin.”

This is a simple misunderstanding as to the difference between a “Review” and a “Support” question. You see, when you ask an actual support question — like people do when they actually want help with something — www.remarpro.com sends an immediate email to the plugin or theme author, letting them know that there is a request. Conversely, when you leave a review, www.remarpro.com does not send the author any notification. This is because there is no immediate need to reply to feedback — because the user simply is letting others know about their opinion.

I work very hard to provide excellent service for all of my plugins hosted here at www.remarpro.com. Not only do I provide these plugins for FREE, but my average support response time generally is less than one hour. Again, that’s for people who actually want to resolve an issue by asking a support question, not just leave some poor review without even trying to provide further details, etc.

As for “great support”, please check out what my users and readers have to say:

I provide some the best support on the Web, but I can only help those who ask.

    sure.

As i said it takes to much performance of the server (memory).
Also when a user uploads a post the pictures are not in the post but in the media gallery.

I uninstalled the plugin and will find a better one.
    Good luck.

“As i said it takes to much performance of the server (memory).”

Again, not helpful. Too general. If you actually wanted to help, you would have opened a support ticket and worked with the plugin author to find a solution.

Obviously the issue is specific to your server, as the vast majority of users have no issues and leave 5-star ratings with awesome reviews. So in your case, the issue could be due to a plugin interfering, your theme, or any number of factors of which we’ll never know, because you have no interest in helping.

“Also when a user uploads a post the pictures are not in the post but in the media gallery.”

Lol, that’s because you need to enable the setting to auto-display images. They are not displayed by default. If you actually want help, please, open a support ticket. The review section is not suitable for handling requests.
