Useful for Access Code Protected redirects, but a few bugs to fix

There are a few bugs to fix, but overall this is a useful plugin.

I especially like that the promo codes can be set up to give access to any file … or web address. I’m using it to redirect users to a secret web address. If they don’t have a valid promo code, they can’t get through.

With a few bug fixes and tweaks this will become a very useful plugin.
