• I have been using both plugins (SP+ live) and support candy (not live). Support Candy does need some improvements (e.g., better options for fields–similar to Gravity Forms) and the ability to control the CSS from the backend for a non-coder. I can code, so adding CSS is not an issue, but to sell to the layman–this plugin does need minor work and adjustments.

In closing, there is a bug and I have addressed with support Candy. I was told that this bug will be fixed with the next release. The response was fast and professional.

    Hello @wnyil,

Thank you for this review. We certainly will look for the improvements you have suggested.

Regarding CSS control, we are giving appearance setting in next version by which users can control colours of most items.

Please feel free to post suggestions, we are always open for suggestions for improving the plugin.

The new version 1.06 is very nice and Support Candy DID make huge improvements at my request. I am looking forward to the new release because it just keeps getting better.

Two requests that should be addressed ASAP; the ability to import data from the old plugin to the new and better field flexibility.

We are happy that you like the new version. As we said before, we are fully committed for improvements of the product. You will see LOT of improvements in near future.

Regarding import data, SP is still under development for old users. So there are many other features in line ahead of import feature. It may take upto 3 months to have this feature in core product.

Regarding field flexibility, we will take a look for Gravity Forms functionality but if you can create a ticket for this topic on our website, we can discuss this in detail with screen-shots.
