• No longer doing what’s supposed to. Returning error messages instead of sending confirmation emails. Useless at this point.

    Update: Uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. The code message which looks to me like an error message no longer shows, but the confirmation email to the participant does not include the private link which allows them com submit their information. Somewhat useless at this point.

    Update 2: Thanks to the excellent customer support, the configuration problem was finally detected (“You have to configure the Participant Record Page” in the settings under the Record Form tab.”) and now it’s working flawlessly.
