Used to be great – out of business???

  • I’ve submitted several support tickets in the last 6 weeks, and have gotten no response back from either Abbyrae or Damian. I’ve used this program/app for quite a while now as the paid version, and have in the past been VERY pleased with it – and with the response time from them, but now…?? Are they out of business? I can’t find a way to contact them at all other than the support ticket – and that’s not getting my site fixed! Guess it’s time to start looking for a replacement for Etsy360 – it’s coming up on holiday shopping, and I can’t have a problematic web site right now!

    Actually, I just got an email from them last week that after 11 months of no updates (7 months of “being away”), that they’re back and working again. I can’t say any more than that since I no longer have my wordpress site to “test them” out on… Your mileage may vary – but he seems sincere in his apology for letting things go…

    Just recently purchased the app and it’s nonfunctional. My web designer is trying to get her money back and contacted Damian today, who claims to not be affiliated with the product anymore. Ok, so who took the money, then? VivioSoft is still listed as owner of the plugin on their website. Hmmmm…
