used to be great now support is lacking

  • Rather than work with a theme and do proper testing to figure out a bug caused by their new stripe checkout experience they just keep blaming the theme creator.

    Multiple times I pointed out I contacted the theme creator and yet they always kept sending me away. Even after the theme creator highlighted to them that their latest version is loading script that hides the coupon field unless counter acted through CSS. not ideal at all

    Hi @medran, I am sorry to hear that the coupon field keeps getting hidden when you use the Stripe extension.

    It sounds like you have been in touch with us over a ticket and we were being sent to the theme creator. However, the theme creator says it results from a script loaded in the latest version of the extension. In this case, we’d like to take a closer look at this. Can you share the ticket ID with us so we can investigate this further?
