    It used to be a great plugin but now after recent updates they have completely removed the option to use your own shipping provider – i.e. when yours was not listed, you could create a custom shipping provider. Now they force you to purchase a premium version.

    Very disappointed when company is robbing customers of features provided in the past and pushes them to the premium version instead of giving them a a reason to use the premium version in the first place.

    I highly recommend to use something else.

    The custom shipping providers were moved a while ago and not in this version, we added 100s of new shipping providers lately and we keep adding new ones in order to cover all the shipping providers in the world, if you want, you can post your shipping provider on our features board or on the support forum here and we will be happy to add it to the shipping providers list.

    that might be correct, but at least the custom providers that I set up a while ago were active until recently. Currently you have literally no provider for Slovakia. Therefore everything I would need to set up would have to be a custom one. I use DPD, FEDEX, TNT, DHL Express and GLS. However I do not want to redirect my customers to tracking websites in other countries, if you know what I mean. Until this changes, I have to stand by my review as I find removing features that were previously included for free bit disappointing.

    Actually we added DPD Slovakia today, you can sync the providers and see it and you can post a request for all the missing providers on the forum and we will check the option to add them.
