Used to be able to modify CSS, now can’t

  • We are using the Bible Scholar theme on our blog. We used to be able to modify the CSS Stylesheet. For some reason, it isn’t changing when input different code.

    For example, the header has a solid pink background (#f69). I type in #000 or any other color for that matter, and it stays #f69. We try to input an image and that doesn’t change either.

    Does anyone understand what is happening? It is almost like the stylesheet has been frozen and we can’t change it. Not sure how to fix this.

  • First, I assume you have cleared your browser cache and done several page refreshes and this is still happening.

    If you are changing the version of the stylesheet that the site is actually using, this could not happen. Thus perhaps you are loading the stylesheet in the wrong folder and the site is displaying from an older version.
