Used Mail tags, but content not showing in my Email

  • I added three extra fields to my Form. Upload field, Tel field and Radio box field. I put in their corredponding mail tags at the MAIL SECTION. But when an email is sent, its only an uploaded file that sends along. No Tel number or Radio box.
    Please what is the correct format for putting multiple mail tags. I think thats the problem

    I recieved the form, but tel and radio field arent showing

    Are you using the correct tag for each field?
    Any error message?

    Yes am very sure.. I added three extra fields. Upload field, tel field and Radio box. The upload field is actually the first i put in the MAIL TAGS at the MAIL section. And the rest followed.
    The upload field is is working. I recieve uploads. But the rest arent showing. I was guessing its prolly the way i arranged it. Here is the way i arranged it.
    An example. The nunbers arent real – ” [file-890] [tel-101l [radio-888] “

    The [file-890] needs to be placed under the ‘File attachments:’ instead of the ‘Additional headers:’.
