    Hi,

    I noticed that for the last two gift cards generated on my website (and used by a customer) the balance is correctly reported to 0 but the linked order is not shown and they’re marked as not yet used by the plugin in the gift card overview table.

    I am using the latest available version of the plugin.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I don’t have a way to reproduce it, I just noticed it happened for a couple of orders. Happy to provide you with db results relative to the orders involved, in case you think that could help you.

    Do you have the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce installed? Could you check if you can reproduce the error with a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One?

    thanks for the answer.
    The issue both happens with Storefront and Twenty Twenty One themes, I attach here two screenshot, one from the gift card resume page and one from an order where the coupon code is effectively used.

    Do you need any query from the db on the orders involved with the purchase of the gift card and the one involving its usage?

    Hello there,

    Thanks to your issue, we have found the problem in the plugin.

    This is only happening if the code is being used in the coupons fields in the cart/checkout page because the order is not being registered in the gift card object.

    We will solve for the next update of the plugin, in the meantime, I suggest using the specific field for gift cards.

    I double-checked with other orders and effectively that was the issue.
