use wp loop if website is on different server

  • I have a wp news site at a university that divides stories by department. A department would like to use the loop to display posts in their department category, but their website is on a different server. Is there a way to do that?

  • The only way they will be able to do this is to pull in their category’s RSS feed from your site.

    The problem is that I want the other website to be able to display the last 5 posts in a column automatically without having to click on a link. Is there code that they can use on their website to make this happen?

    That should be possible via an RSS feed providing you have configured the WP site to use Full feeds and not Summaries in Settings -> Reading.
