Use WP for the two blogs

Hello, I have a situation here. I have a WP blog with the url blog.someurl.com and I want to create another blog in a different language, so can I do it with the same url but as an extension? something like- blog.someurl.com/differentlanguage ?

What would be the best way to do it; so that I could include both the blogs.
