Use wp-design on a normal PHP-site

  • Hey Guys.

    I have a problem, i hope you can solve !
    I have the new WP 3.0.1 and need to make a normal PHP page like :
    https://www.site.dk/bloq/page.php

    So i need to call the the Design on a normal page.

    Do you understand ?

    Can you help my to make a hello world ?
    A plugin is NOT a solution, because I need to use session.
