Use wordpress template for my own page?

    hello, im new using wordpress and I have managed to get my site up and running ok using just wordpress and its features and plugins, but i want to have some of my old pages now in the new format, one of them uses php so show a list of files in a directory and another one uses forms for a feedback form. How can I either

    1) use the existing html code in a new wordpress page by just creating a page in wordpress menu

    or

    2) use the tmeplate for the theme I am currently using.

    Im not that good with code and have messed around as much as i posibly can and havent been able to achieve what i want…

    Any help please?
