Use wordpress in multiple domains from one hosting account

Thanks for the help. I have multiple domains with go daddy on one hosting account and would like to use word press for multiple .coms and .nets. but not every site. Do I need to re install word press for each individual site or can I install word press in some file and then dictate what content goes to which site? Thank you for your patience and help.
