Use with WordPress.com hosted site?

I am not sure I understand your question. WordPress.com does not allow users to install plugins, and I doubt that they would have decided to integrate Tune Library as one of the included plugins in the core WordPress.com platform.

Do you just mean that you have your own WordPress site hosted somewhere else? If so, the issue is likely that your web server or PHP installation is limited in terms of the size of files it can upload.

You should first install one of the many PHP info plugin and see what the upload limits are for your server. If you see something like 32M as the upload limit, it will need to be raised to be able to import the entire library. Different web hosting services allow you to increase this in different ways.

Thanks for your response. Actually, they do allow plugins on the .com platforms with the business plan, a recent development I think. I just got it to work for a particular setup. I had to deactivate/reactivate, and it seems I have to uncheck “use AJAX queries”. Also, the duplicate issue seems to occur when I check the “use Album Artist” option. Apparently when a particular artist has multiple albums, and the “album artist” field is used for for only some of the albums, that artist will show up twice in the list. If I uncheck this option, no duplicates happen, but of course I get many more artists in the list.

Sorry for the late response. Indeed, using album artists would cause duplicate if not all items are tagged with the album artist name. Have you been able to clean up your collection to get better results?
