Use with PHP Tabulator file post GF

    Hi – I have been using an infusionsoft gravity forms add on plug in to get GF results that have been tabulated in a PHP file (after coming from the form) sent over to IS. That plug in, I think, is causing this error:

    I need to transfer over to a new data conversion plug in.
    Has anyone used this plug in with that kind of scenario?
    Also – I am not sure how to make the conversion over to this new plug in without causing a real mess. Any ideas?
    I’m not the most technically savvy, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Anne,

    I’m not sure how you’re getting “… results … tabulated in a PHP file” into Infusionsoft via an off-the-shelf plugin; it reads like custom plugin software.

    It’s possible that custom software (now failing) transformed the data before creating the Infusionsoft contact and stored the transformed data with that contact.

    If that’s the case, you’ll have to document that software’s behavior before trying to use the Systasis GF Infusionsoft feed add-on. Only after that step will you be in a position to decide if a conversion makes sense.
