Use with Advanced Custom F ields

Hi,

I think I have struck some sort of compatibility issue with the Amazon
Post Plugin.

My understanding of how the plugin works is that it creates a custom field that you paste the Amazon ASIN into. The issue I have is that I run the Advanced Fields Pro plugin, which replaces the default WordPress custom field functionality with its own version. I suspect this is one of the reasons why the plugin isn’t working for me – because of this, you can’t select “Custom Fields” in the post options as ACF replaces this, and so I can’t enter the ASIN via the normal method and therefore the widget will not display.

I have tried creating a custom text field in ACF that matches the field name I have set in the Amazon Post Plugin settings, however this doesn’t seem to be having the desired effect. I am wondering if you have come across issues with this plugin before and whether it is something that is easily solvable?
