[NSFW] Use Wallet Amount Based on cart value

Hello , Firstly i said thanks for great feature
Coming to my query when user using wallet amount to for payment i need to add some conditions like when the cart value is 1000rs then user able to use wallet amount some percentage only for suppose if
cart value 1000rs
wallet amount 150
now user can only able to use wallet amount 10% on the total cart value. Now user can pay remaining amount 900rs and wallet remaining value is 50rs is this possible ??
if yes kindly let me know how can i do that
