    This should be one of the very first plugins that you use. It adds a ton of features that are exclusive to wordpress.com.

    The best feature for me personally is the auto publish feature, it saves so much time, but a quick tip, link your Facebook page (not profile) to a twitter feed and you can then use Facebook to auto publish to both networks.
