Use Sportspress for Poker League

  • I am currently undertaking a project to rebuild a new website for a poker league.

    I was wondering if Sportspress would be good to use the way we need it.

    There are no teams. Players show up to various venues (bars) and play poker to win points. Players are then ranked by their points.

    Every 12 weeks the top players with the most points compete in a “Main Event” tournament.

    What we need:

    – Player point ranking list by venue and altogether
    – event calendar showing which nights we play at which venues
    – PLayer bio with stats

    Is this possible with Sportspress?

    Sure, this is certainly possible. SportsPress can handle individual sports and you can create a league table to store the points for the first 12 weeks.
