Use Shortcodes without activated?

    I use the sidebar for facebook and twitter!

    and comments and user i have deactivatet!

    now i make a new text witdget and add shortcodes for user and comments but show 0

    if i activate comments in settings of this plugin work but show on the social media witdget.

    its possible show shortcode counter without activate in social count plus settings?
