Use Shortcode to display campaings of a specific username or ID

Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to use shortcode with an attribute like “username” to display campaings from a specific user only ?

Also i’m trying to put shortcodes on a page (like :”[wp_fundraising_form]”), in shortcode section from elementor, in wordpress editor, everywhere and i just have the code displayed…
