Mine only customize product page can’t use the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] but other product pages can use it.

The WordPress shows the error message is Trying to get property of non-object in cr-ajax-product-reviews.php on line 32 and Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_review_count() on array in cr-ajax-product-reviews.php on line 40.

    Thankyou

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

I think the problem is that you added the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] to the area on the page that is not related to WooCommerce and hence does not have access to its product-related variables. Please try using other shortcodes where there is an option to set the product ID as a shortcode parameter.

We can use the [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode but there is not give the client add the new review.

    Can give the shortcode sample?

    Thank you.

    Thanks for providing additional information.

You can find full details about available shortcodes and supported parameters on the “Review Extensions” tab of the plugin’s settings.

Shortcodes that come with the plugin do not provide on-page review forms because reviews submitted directly on a store’s site cannot be verified.

As I wrote above, shortcodes that come with the plugin do not provide on-page review forms because reviews submitted directly on a store’s site cannot be verified. Our plugin was built for collection of verified reviews via email invitations. The plugin does not provide ‘add a review’ button in the shortcodes.

Please use the standard WooCommerce review form – it already comes with an “add a review” button. No need to use any shortcodes.
