Use remote database when connection failed with local database

  • Hello, i have 2 hosting(shared) panel. I can connect to remote database or local database either of them. One at a time.

    I want to connect with remote database if my local database loose the connection. But i just want to connect in case if it loose the connection. I know there must be some code to check in wp-config.php but dont know how can i do that.

    And if possible please let me know how i can synchronize my remote database on shared hosting? Is there anyway?

    Is there any way i can do this?
    Please help me.
