use option combo in responses

  • It is possible to use combo of options in the answers?, I need only two answers, but the 2 answers can be chosen from 4 options.

    For example, in the question they are presented with 4 options and the person must choose which one they like the most (answer 1) and which one they like the least (answer 2).

    Is it possible to perform this form of response?
